The online store for the Front Range Anglers was created to reflect their physical store location in Boulder Colorado. The shopping cart features fishing equipment, clothing and accessories as well as guided trips and hands-on fishing classes.
The three tier shopping catalog was designed to make finding items easier by navigation. The search interface was created using Drupal's Apache Solr faceted search interface and has been customized to display the price, thumbnail and short description per item. Facets are exposed on the left that filter the search by specific categorization. Give it a try and see for yourself.
The web site also participates in the AvantLink network as a merchant. AvantLink helps to spread advertisements among related merchants and vendors. An AvantLInk Drupal module was created just for this project and can be found on Drupal.org for download.
The web site contains numerous image galleries, videos and sale features.
